Current Students and Alumni: January 13, 2026 at 10am – January 14 at 10am
New Students: January 15, 2026 at 10am
Items needed for Registration:
- Registration Form
- Membership Agreement
- Proof of child’s age (copy of birth certificate or passport)
- Payment of registration fee ($100 for new families/$75 for returning families)
Two Ways to Pay
- Via Check: Payable to East Columbia Preschool. Please include student’s name, class, and fee being paid in the memo line.
- Via Zelle: Send payment to tuition@eastcolumbiapreschool.com. Please include the student’s name, class, and what fee is being paid.
Registration FAQs
Can I only register online or is there an in-person option?
We are encouraging families to register on-line for the 2026-2027 school year. The registration form and membership agreements are google based forms that can be found on our website. Your proof of your child’s birth date can be emailed to ecpvp1@gmail.com. Payment options can be found on our website. If you would like to turn-in your paperwork in-person, please email ecpvp1@gmail.com to make this arrangement, but please know that we cannot hold a spot while awaiting paperwork. If you would like to submit proof of your child’s age in-person, your spot can be held for 48 hours once your registration and membership form are submitted online.
What will be the costs of tuition and fees for the 2026-2027 year?
Tuition and fees are proposed and approved in Spring 2026 by the General Membership. For planning purposes, the 2026-2027 estimated fees for monthly tuition are $330 per month for the Morning 3s and Morning 4s classes and $440 per month for the Afternoon 4s classes. Fees are similar to those for 2025-2026. *All fees are subject to change.
How will I know how many spots are left in a class?
Once your registration paperwork is submitted, you will be notified that it was received. If the class is full, we will inform you at that time and you will be given other options (waitlist, etc). There will also be periodic updates made throughout the registration period to either our website or social media pages.
How can my payment be made on-time if I pay by check?
If you would like to pay by check, please email ecpvp1@gmail.com to let us know when you have submitted your registration materials. We will “hold” your spot for 48 hours from the time your registration was received to collect your payment.
Is registration first-come, first-served?
Yes, it is. If you do not have priority registration (alumni, current families, etc.), then we will document via timestamp when your registration is received and all materials have been completely turned in. Those registrations with all materials in, will be considered first.
